25 folx across India tell us what they feel, think and remember when we put the two words together: feminist education.
The Third Eye seeks to question the idea that knowledge and learning is a privilege, a top down process that travels from those who know, to those who don’t.
We propose that knowledge exists in our histories, our memories and our bodies. It lies in the meanings we make and give to our gender, our desires, and our world.
This film, then, is the beginning of a way of looking at our own knowledge, working through what we received and what we created, to help imagine an alternative world of learning.
Please do join us in building it.
